See your doctor: Remember when your blood pressure is elevated you are losing iq points. Medication will help you control it. Avoid salt. Begin an aerobic exercise program and figure out how to deal and cope with your stress levels. If this is too difficult get help with your emotional coping. See your doctor. If you are overwieght start a low fat diet. Do not ignore this.
