I've had very regular periods. i've taken minerva since oct 2017 and stopped it since feb 2019. ever since i then, i've been very irregular. my period was 3 months late initially then back to normal and now 4 months late. any advice ?

See your doc.: First do a home pregnancy test, to be sure you are not pregnant. Then see your GP for an examination and workup for irregular periods. Sometimes it is due to a thyroid hormone problem, but there are other causes. Also, if you are overweight, losing weight may help.
