Ask one's doctor: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on a computer, stress at work, etc... With hypertension meds in a college-aged person, a big question is whether the headache is due to high blood pressure and/or her medications. Such a patient should at least discuss things with her primary care doctor, and maybe be examined too.
