Maybe. Maybe not.: There may be a hormonal imbalance that prevents a woman from having regular cycles. Or, she may just be pregnant (a urine pregnancy test can figure that out quickly). It could be a pill or pills, but there are tens of thousands of varieties of pills... countless types of medications. Details matter. One should discuss this with her primary care doctor, and bring the pill to show the doctor.
