Not HIV: HIV doesn't do anything like this. Beyond that, this is a peculiar situation. Keep working with your doctor. If you are concerned about HIV, e.g. if you may have an STD or a high risk sexual exposure, get tested for HIV. But it's not the cause of the symptoms you describe.
