Can hpv type 70 cause cervical cancer in the future?

Maybe not, but...: There are over 7 billion people on our planet, and many things are possible in life. HPV strain 70 is not in Gardasil-9 vaccine, so protection is only by being wise and lucky. Strain 70 is not currently listed as one of the cancerous strains, which means one should not spend her days worrying about it. All eligible persons should be vaccinated. Very unlikely: Any type of HPV can cause cancer; the "high risk" types do so most commonly, but so do some "low risk" types. HPV 70 is not one of the common high risk types. Follow your doctor's advice about follow-up pap smears: even with the highest risk types, regular follow-up is 100% protective against cancer. So no worries!
