Hi there, i am 13 weeks pregnant and been having headaches for the last 4 days, this has resulted in me taking 2 panados every 4 hours. should this be a concern. i am eating and drinking lots of water and taking it easy.

Following the: package recommendations for medication, is best, as it sounds like you are doing. If headache is not better, you should see and discuss with your doctor, because blood pressure and other serious risks may exist, that need consideration and treatment.
