21yo girl. 5 day period cycle. day 1 mild cramps, day 2 cramps peak, day 3 minimal cramps, but cramps restart on day 4 where all the lumpy blood and tissue comes out. after that on day 5 there is minimal bleeding and no cramps. is this normal?

If this is : your usual cycle, it can be normal, but certainly would be much better and less painful with treatment. See your doctor for an exam and consideration of best treatment.
