Not known to do so.: There is nothing I can find in the medical literature about any long term effects of jellyfish stings, except a rash that might occur for several weeks. Here is the only discussion that addresses short and long term reactions to jellyfish stings. The type of jellyfish is important to know, as the response/symptoms vary by species.
