Box jelly fish sting: Plenty of vinegar and immediate care by emergency personnel. Supportive care (rescue breathing—as long as you're not contacting the stinging tentacles—and/or cpr) until expert help arrives. Less dangerous jellyfish stings can be treated with vinegar, salt water, rubbing alcohol (70% isopropyl), or commercial products for that purpose.
