Hello, my wife is on chronic meds that require to be taken every 24hrs exactly, we will be going to thailand next month which is 5hrs ahead of sa, her usual time she takes her meds is 9pm sa. our flight leaves 10pm & arrives thailand next day 20h30?

Go by real hours: Ignore the time zone differences and go by the actual hours between doses. Keep one watch always on your own time and take the meds at 9 pm on that watch.
