A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe. Maybe not.: Lower right abdominal pain can be from many things. Appendicitis is always a concern (pain usually worsens over time, with fever coming on). If very constipated for several days, stool can back up all the way to the right and cause pain. A hernia, a twist in the bowel, or an intestinal infection can cause pain. Can call one's doctor or go to an ER, but one's doctor may likely say go to the ER.
