Doctor can examine: Pores on the facial skin with white stuff inside may be folliculitis (inflamed or infected hair follicles, regardless of whether or not there is a hair), sebaceous glands where the semisolid oils are coming out, or comedones where oily skin cells come out. One's primary care doctor can examine in-person, but a video consultation with good pictures may suffice. Treatment depends on the diagnosis.
