Hi i have really bad lower back pain, i had 2 spinal injections in the last 2 years, is it possible that that could be the reason?

Ask your pain doc: If you have had injections, you have some compression of disc or nerve in the spine. Injections wear off, or cease to benefit after a while. Only your treating doc can assess the facts and help make a determination of next steps in your treatment. Good luck
