Period ?'s: Periods which are "25-30 days apart" are considered "regular". Ovulation should occur at 14 days PRIOR to the onset, so in the examples provided, day 11 if 25 days apart, day 16 if 30 days apart, so if using contraception, begin on day 8 through day 18 to avoid the most fertile times, with the intervals you mentioned.
