My 2 year old son has small bumps all over his body that seems itchy. what could this be and how can it be treated?

Hard to say: Generalized rashes can be from foods, infections or agents that came in contact with all affected surfaces. Much of rash assessment is visual, so since I can't see it and we can't view it on the public site I must leave it a puzzle. Most mild rashes disappear over time with no treatment unless the trigger factor continues.
