7 Weeks: You are considered to be 7 weeks pregnant as of 11/24 because the weeks are counted from the first day of your last period, which is a bit strange because that means you are considered 2 weeks pregnant on the day you conceive. Your due date is 7/13/20 though only about 1 of 30 babies are born on their due date but most born within 2 weeks of it.
