A member asked:

I had very faint positive tests at 9 & 11 dpo, and then what i thought was my period 15-17 dpo. but today another positive test at what would be 23 dpo or 8 days past what i thought was my period! am i pregnant? are the tests faulty? what's going on?

Maybe pregnant: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception) or 1 week after missing a period. A faint positive line is considered positive. One can just wait 1 week and recheck, to get a bright positive line if pregnant.
