Instructions...: Instructions on the package say what is positive vs. negative. Usually there is a control line, that needs to appear in order for the test to be valid. If the instructions for this test say that a blue line means positive, but the result in this case was a smeared instead of sharp blue line, that may well be a positive. Usually, one can wait 3 days and retest, unless there is an urgent matter.
