Does a smeared blue line count as positive on a pregnancy test? or is it a faulty test? too much urine? my period is 15 days late. i've had other symptoms of pregnancy as well.

If the instructions for this test say that a blue line means positive, but the result in this case was a smeared instead of sharp blue line, that may well be a positive.
