I have been taking isotretinoin since october 31st. i started experiencing back pain, chest pain, and as of today i after using the restroom i was bleeding from my anus. the dermatologist i go to is closed on weekends. what should i do?

CALL dermatologist: would call the derm office and speak with service to get your dermatologist to speak with you or even meet you in the closest ER. If he/she doesn't make contact with you in some way, would seek medical care in your ER and have the ER doc make contact with your dermatologist. Should you or the ER doc be unsuccessful in speaking with your derm,, would consider finding another dermatologist.
