HSV I and II ?'s: Herpes virus, either type I or II is a recurrent disease, and can happen repeatedly on mucus membrane surfaces. A swab will not always diagnose either, so have your physician repeat a blood test with IgG and IgM antibodies to herpes. Once infected, a herpes outbreak can occur with additional stress (work, emotional, heavy exercise, etc.).
