I have extreme chest pain and back pain. its made significantly worse when i swallow especially food. it aches all over my chest area and radiates throughout my back. it comes and goes i'm severity but i have had it for roughly two days.

ER can evaluate: Extreme chest pain and back pain means a trip to the ER for evaluation. Most doctor's office's do not take care of "extreme chest pain." A patient can call 911 or the local emergency services number to get ambulance transportation to the ER, because people in extreme pain tend to be distracted and not safe to self-drive. ER checks for issues like heart, lung, esophageal, stomach, spinal problems.
