If blood tests came back good could oral cancer still be a posibility. no lesions but sore areas gums and tongue, hard to swallow and chest hurts?

It depends: Blood tests typically remain unchanged in most cancers other than blood cancer. But it is the examination of the oral cavity which is more important to determine the cause of your mouth sores. Most such situations are not due to oral cancer.it could simply be Canker sores.

Blood tests: Blood tests would not be abnormal with oral cancer. See your MD or ENT doc for complete exam.
