Yes/yes/maybe not: GW can self resolve over time but many become large & uncomfortable. Removal by laser/chemical application or freezing is often done. Recurrence after 2-3 yrs is possible but not common. Removal of active warts before delivery would remove most of babies risk. A baby can have genital or vocal cord warts within 2 yrs of birth if exposed but actual cases are rare.
