Positional: Positional dizziness, often in the form of vertigo,is most likely related to an inner ear disorder. Your brain ct scan ruled out an acoustic neuroma which is a growth that can cause vertigo. Since you're still having symptoms, a neurologist or Otolaryngologist would be best to evaluate,advise and treat you. Meclizine tablets and/or head manipulations may be advised.
