Over the past few weeks i have noticed i have noticed a swelling on my right testicle which has increased i size and causes discomfort and pain sometimes. should i check in at hospital for further tests?

Not a bad idea : Ideally by your physician, if you have one, as he or she can coordinate better further tests and management as needed. The hospital is a reasonable alternative otherwise.
