Abdominal pain: Your pain suggests as possible origin the abdominal wall, such as hernia, as typically related to movement, however based on location you are right, it does suggest the bladder. A detailed history and a focused physical exam should help in clarifying the origin of your pain. Best chance will be through your primary care physician that has already your detailed medical history.
