38ºC: There is debate as to whether teething actually causes a fever, especially one of 37.5ºC or higher. Your child needs to see Pediatrician to rule out viral infection. Your child needs to see Dentist, preferably a children's dental specialist, a Pedodontist, no later than 1st b'day. Keep child hydrated. Monitor temperature to make sure it doesn't spike. Call both Pediatrician and Pedodontist.
