RLQ pain ?'s: Right lower quadrant pain can come from infection (tubal abscess, etc.) or ovarian cyst formation. Tubal pregnancy will also cause pain. If your gyn has not done a pelvic ultrasound, this may identify the cause. A serum HCG test can make sure pregnancy is not the cause.
