Depends on details: Since details determine diagnoses and treatment... and this question is unclear... it would be best to see a doctor on video or in-person. Details include: what is the medication, what were the "things" on the neck, where is the neck swollen (how big is it, is it painful, is it firm, etc...), when did each symptom start, etc... Each patient is unique, so one's doctor will want lots of details.
