Needs a visual exam: Dots can be from many causes, such as: normal dots, allergic reactions to various things (such as parts of clothing), hives, fungal or yeast skin infections, viral or bacterial infections, medication causes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, etc... Thus, dots or a rash should be seen by one's doctor in order to decide what they are. In-person exam would be best; video exam might work.
