Infection?: Small red dots on the vagina could be a normal finding, or could be caused by an infection. This should be checked by your family doctor or gynecologist to make a definitive diagnosis.

Uncertain: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
