2007 i suffered a back injury and had 3 disc removed and rod and screwa added. i am in pain all day every but functioning with small amount of meds. latley my feet have started hurting on the complete sole and cramp in my groins. any help.

You should be under the care of PHYSICIANS who are BOARD CERTIFIED in PAIN MANAGEMENT, and you are best served by a HOLISTIC approach to your pain including ACUPUNCTURE .
