Nasal mucosa: A safe thing to try would be saline flush either with Nettie pot or saline drops. A trial of nasal decongestant (limit to three days to prevent vascular rebound), An NSAID may help too. If no relief or if you would develop worsening symptoms, color to discharge and fever be seen.
