Infertility risk: If you have untreated PID, obviously that should be taken care of. But distinguishing PID from tenderness and pain from ovarian cysts can be difficult; discuss w/ your doctor. If you have a fertility problem someday, it would most likely depend on PCOS and the status of your fallopian tubes; HPV makes no difference. Warts can be treated and will clear up, after which little or no risk for baby.
