I was told i am being filmed by infrared cameras by someone and she is spraying infrared light on me without my consent. this is alarming to me and sickening. what are the health effects/risks. how long does it take for this to wear off? thank you.

About infrared...: The first question one should answer is, "How do I know that I was sprayed by infrared light?" Infrared cameras can take pictures or videos with or without turning on its infrared lights, just like the visible light cameras on cell phones can take pictures with or without turning on its own visible light. That said, infrared light from typical cameras is too weak to cause any effects.
