Low back pain: Please do no take tramazac (tramadol) for your pain. Opioids are almost never indicated or helpful for back pain. In most cases, tramadol has many side effects without benefit for most cases of back pain. Naproxen works well for mechanical spinal back pain. Back pain may not be from the pelvic joint or spinal regions. First thing is to find out what is wrong and see your doctor.
