1.Yes 2.No significa: Tramadol has been studied in detail & found to be safe for breast feeding mothers at regular therapeutic doses. The relative infant dose is < 3% of the maternal dose. No neurobehavioral side effects have been seen with it's standard use. See: hale t "medications and mothers milk", 15 ed. 2012.
