Dengue: Dengue has a lot of different symptoms, the most common: high fever, stomach pain/diarrhea, eye pain and reddish eyes, skin rash and articular pain. And yes, it may be a cause to check blood count, but you should ask your doctor the cause of taking that studio, so they can talk to you about their suspected diagnosis and what are they looking for in that studio.
