Your blood is fine n: The Dengue infection is cleared by the immune system of our body and it takes place quite fast , within one to 2 weeks as evidenced by appearance of antibodies against the virus. So you should be able to give blood sometime soon after you are feeling back to normal like 2-3 weeks after the infection related symptoms of Fatigue and fever have resolved.
