Your dentist and check to see if you do indeed have gum disease or if a regular cleaning could be done along with proper oral hygiene instructions to correct and prevent the cause.

Both problems trap food particles and the food decomposes giving off a bad odor. Also sometimes stomach problems can be the cause regular brushing and flossing will control it once the oral problem is treated.
