Find the cause......: First you need to discover the cause of your bad breath. The most common one is poor oral hygiene. Brush and floss properly at least 2x per day, and use a tongue scraper daily. There are other dental and medical causes. See the following website for some additional information: http://smilesapartcosmeticdentist.Com/fresh-breath-control.Htm.

See you dentist: You need to have a thorough dental checkup to determine the cause of your problem and work out a solution. You may have periodontal disease (gum and jaw bone disease). Which often causes bad breath. Also, the dentist will be able to determine a good oral hygiene program or determine if your problem is not of dental origin.

Adequate brushing: There are a number of factors that can contribute to 'bad breathe'. A simple solution might involve effectively brushing all surfaces of the teeth, tongue side, cheek/lip side and biting surfaces of the teeth. Flossing should ensue as well as gently brushing the top of your tongue. If the problem persists, see a dentist or a physician to rule out stomach or respiratory problems.
