Im 29 y.o. i have prostatitis symptoms even taking tamsulosin. am i at risk for prostate ca because of having prostatitis?

Prostatatis: As far as medical science knows, prostatitis does not lead to prostate cancer. At your age, you might have not true prostatitis, but the male chronic pelvic pain syndrome -- which is uncomfortable but not harmful. Google CPPS (spell it out) for more information.
