Good day, is there any advice for an adult suffering from persistent acne who doesn't want to take contraceptives? the patient has been on acnetane for several times but is seems like it is not helping. looking forward to hearing from you.

Acne ?'s: Accutane resistant acne may require a visit with a certified dermatologist. Low dose oral contraceptives can reduce the higher levels of estrogen and progesterone produced by your ovaries, and therefore decrease severity of acne.
