That means the risks of diarrhea and dehydration without treatment with loperamide is greater than the risks of diarrhea and dehydration when a pregnant woman takes loperamide. Life is about balance, which means risks vs. benefits, but avoid medication unless truly needed. Gastron and Imodium are loperamide.
