Check directions : if you have malaria then treatment is quite important. Verify that your doctor knows you are pregnant and verify the instructions for use of your medication

Malaria: It is not advisable for a pregnant woman to travel to areas where malaria is endemic, but if it is unavoidable you must consult both your obstetrician and an expert in infectious disease who will supervise antimalarial medication administration and advise you on ways to minimize exposure to malaria and the mosquitoes that transmit it. Your obstetrician will have to approve of all medications.
