Doctor can examine: Rashes can be hard to describe or diagnose without seeing them. A primary care or a dermatology doctor can look at it in order to tell what it is. If a dry skin or eczema rash, hydrocortisone cream helps. Some rashes are an allergy to something. Hydrocortisone also helps allergic rashes. Bacterial or fungal rashes benefit from antimicrobials. An online video consultation maybe can diagnose it.
