It's a cycle: Question states "experiencing menstruation," "not been menstruating," and "am not pregnant." Well, those three things happen together. Young women menstruate for a few days to a week, then don't menstruate for about 3 weeks, then menstruate again... as long as they are not pregnant. Thus, it's a repeating cycle. Not sure what "I am worried" is about, but feel free to post a new question on that.
