I was supposed to have my menstruation on the 11th of april 2018, but the blood came out just a little bit and very light it pink in color, i took a home pregnancy test and the results were negative, should i be worried because this never happened.

Delayed period: In the late 30's, women may commonly have delayed menstruation, because the ovaries need more stimulation to produce an egg, and without ovulation, a "period" will not occur. Home pregnancy tests are not always reliable, so obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
