I have 2 spots on my skin that won't heal. it's been a couple months. they started as small scabs and grew. when the scabs soften in the bathtub they reveal holes in my skin. the 2 holes are located on my upper outer left thigh and below my right hip?

Lesions: Likely cause would be a folliculitis from MRSA. Common and if not treated typically will not go away. Although less likely lesions that cause persistent holes or breaks in the skins should be checked out. Could be tumor or some other type of persistent inflammatory process. See your PCP or dermatologist.
